Nova’s Story

Nova the shepherd

Nova is a beautiful 1.5-year-old shepherd that suddenly started to have seizures. The family needed to rule out a more serious diagnosis but did not have the funds to pay for additional testing. They were worried they’d have to surrender her to a local humane society or animal shelter.

Hand & Paw worked with the family and veterinarian to provide financial assistance to complete the necessary testing. Nova is getting back to her normal happy self and the family is so grateful for everyone who has supported Hand & Paw to make this help possible.
